The Start of a New Era

The pre-open exhibition, The Start of a New Era
The pre-open exhibition, The Start of a New Era will be held from April 20th to May 6th, before the Grand Open of Tsurugaoka Museum, Kamakura on June 8th, 2019. 
Designed by a Japanese architect Sakakura Junzo, the museum’s building was originally built as the Museum of Modern Art, Kamakura, which closed in 2016.
This exhibition introduces the process of the renovation with the latest technologies, in which Sakakura’s design was retained.

建筑公开“新时代的开启”展览
在2019年6月8日（周六）正式开馆之前，我们将于4月20日（周六）至5月6日（周一、节日）期间举办“新时代的开启”展览。
在本次展览中，我们将为您介绍在保持建筑师坂仓准三设计的“旧神奈川县立近代美术馆 镰仓”创意的同时，采用最新技术进行本次改建的全过程。
